How Skia keeps your characters and scenes coherent across hundreds of generated frames.
Composed Prompts
Every generation prompt is auto-assembled from your world bible: character descriptions, location context, moodboard style anchors, and cinematography settings. You see the full composed prompt before submitting — and can edit it.
Character + location + moodboard + camera = one composed prompt.
Post-Generation Validation
After every generation, Skia extracts face embeddings using AuraFace and computes cosine similarity against your character's reference portraits. Scene coherence is validated via OpenCLIP matching against location and moodboard references.

Drift Monitoring
Consistency isn't just per-frame — Skia tracks identity scores across entire sequences. If a character's appearance starts drifting over a sequence of shots, you get an alert before the problem compounds into hours of wasted work.
Sequence-level tracking catches gradual drift early.
The result: higher first-take hit rates, fewer regenerations, lower costs, and characters that actually look like the same person from shot 1 to shot 100.
